At FutureX Platform, we believe in the value of our financial forecasting and budgeting programs. But we also know that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Maybe the program isn't what you expected, or life circumstances change.

This policy explains when and how refunds work. We've tried to make it straightforward because nobody likes reading confusing legal documents.

Your 14-Day Window

You have 14 calendar days from your purchase date to request a full refund. That's two weeks to explore the program materials, attend sessions, and decide if it's right for you.

During this period, you can access everything you paid for. We don't believe in limiting content just because someone might ask for their money back. If you realize within those first two weeks that our approach doesn't match your learning style or business needs, just let us know.

The 14-day period starts the moment your payment is processed, not when you first log in or attend a session.

What Qualifies for a Refund

Not every situation qualifies for a refund. Here's what does:

  • You requested within 14 days of purchase and the program doesn't meet your expectations
  • We had to cancel a program or session that you paid for
  • Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing paid content for more than 72 hours
  • You were charged twice by mistake or billed for something you didn't authorize
  • The program description was significantly different from what was actually delivered

Each case gets looked at individually. We're not robots following a script here.

When Refunds Don't Apply

Some situations fall outside our refund policy:

  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You've completed more than 75% of the program content
  • You're requesting a refund because the content was "too basic" or "too advanced" when the program level was clearly stated
  • You changed your mind about learning financial forecasting in general
  • Technical problems on your end that prevented access
  • You violated our terms of use or shared access credentials

We've had people complete entire programs and then ask for refunds. That doesn't work. You can't consume the whole thing and then decide you want your money back.

How to Request a Refund

The process is pretty simple. Here's what you need to do:

Email us at contact@futurexplatform.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, purchase date, and order number if you have it.

Tell Us Why

A brief explanation helps us improve. You don't need to write an essay, but a few sentences about what didn't work for you is useful.

Wait for Review

We'll review your request within 3 business days. Most requests that meet the criteria get approved quickly.

Receive Your Refund

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Payment Methods and Processing Times

How fast you get your money back depends on how you paid:

We don't control how fast banks process refunds. Sometimes it takes longer than expected, especially around holidays or weekends.

Partial Refunds and Special Cases

Sometimes a full refund doesn't make sense, but a partial one does. Here are situations where we might offer partial refunds:

  • You've accessed some modules but not others in a multi-part program
  • A scheduled session was cancelled and we couldn't offer a suitable alternative
  • You experienced significant technical difficulties that affected your learning
  • Part of the program content wasn't available when promised

Partial refunds are calculated based on what you've already accessed and used. If you've completed three out of six modules, you'd get a refund for the three you didn't use.

Program bundles are treated differently. If you bought multiple programs together at a discount, we can't refund individual programs at their standalone prices.

Corporate and Group Purchases

Organizations buying for multiple employees have different refund terms. If your company purchased seats for 5 or more people, here's what applies:

  • The 14-day window applies to the organization, not individual users
  • Unused seats can be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • Partially used group packages may qualify for prorated refunds
  • Corporate clients need written authorization from their purchasing contact

Group purchases require coordination with whoever made the original purchase. Individual employees can't request refunds directly.

Subscription Cancellations

Ongoing subscriptions work differently from one-time purchases. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but refunds for subscription periods already paid follow different rules.

If you cancel within the first 14 days of starting a new subscription, you'll get a full refund. After that, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, but we don't refund the time remaining.

Annual subscriptions cancelled after 14 days are not refundable, but you keep access for the full year you paid for. Monthly subscriptions simply don't renew after cancellation.

What Happens After a Refund

Once we process your refund, your access to the program ends immediately. That includes:

  • All course materials and downloadable resources
  • Access to our learning platform and any tools included
  • Participation in group sessions or community forums
  • Any certificates or credentials associated with the program

You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Keep that for your records in case you need to follow up with your bank.

If you want to rejoin later, you'll need to purchase again at whatever the current price is. Refunded customers don't get special pricing to come back.
